Help! Final fantasy XII on ps2?

I’m a newbie in this game, and I cant find the tomato head..
A walkthrough told that I can find in the north-east direction, but I still cant find it..
And the bad thing is the dogs keep attacking me so I really have to load game for thousand times..maybe anyone can help? Thanks
Ps: anyway, if for ff mania, which ff is the best version?

its on the little cliff in the center go out and head strait into the middle of the sands. its standing next to a palm tree on the ledge. he is a little bitch once you get to him but not that big of a deal should be an easy fight as long as you dont slack.

also dont attack that dinosaur if you see it. he will kill you and he will do it good and fast

as for the best FF game i liked FFVII a lot and FFVIII was good too. . . the story on FFIX wasnt that great but the gameplay was fun enough. dont and i dont EVER play FFX or FFX-2.
