It is a good idea to do jobs for a couple of hours every time you unlock a new city, then purchase a business or two (Good source of income). Also, your energy will be completely regenerated if you level up.
Once you reach level five, you get the “Fight” tab and will be able to fight other Mafia Wars members. “Fight” tab permits you to fight a random individual from the list. Based on the defense and attack points the game will establish an attack against your enemy. Attack and defense is determined by your inventory. The more unites you have, the better. More equipment will be generated as you level up. Better score wins the fight. “Robbing” lets you to try and steal from a place, “Declare War” allows you to fight against your friends, and “Hitlist” presents people who have a price on their head, that gives you experience and a fine chunk of cash. Energy will recharge while you are fighting people, so this is a good way to spend time rather than just waiting. Mafia Wars fights are quite simple if you know how to select your targets. In the entire game, if something can improve your rating and increase your wealth fast enough, it should be fighting the other players around. Mind, however, because if you end up choosing the wrong targets, you would end up in the hospital, in all probability.
Also, you are going to want to begin adding mafia to your Mafia family the sooner the better. The easiest place to start is friends that you already are friends with. Another great way is to venture to Mafia Wars forums and look for posts where people need allies. Don’t just spam that you want mafia wars players, look for forum threads that are named “Add Me” or “Friend Requests”. You can provide your info there or add the existing list. It’s a good idea to go slowly when you are adding friends, since adding too many too fast will look questionable to Facebook and/or Myspace.To protect your own information, you should add these players to a list that won’t have access to your personal info like your real friends do.
This game is very time consuming. For example, it requires 5 minutes for one Energy point. The number of levels is almost unlimited, and it is easy to log numerous hours into the game. The amount of time you spend playing is the only downfall of this game, but it isn’t too bad if you watch television while the waiting process. This game is addicting, however. This game is good when you are bored and you should go play it!
